Return & Refund Policy
We make sure every piece of furniture and plant pot meets our quality standards before leaving our warehouse. Since our products can be delicate and sometimes made to order, we handle returns differently than regular stores.
Return Eligibility
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if:
- The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- You received the wrong product, size, or color than what you ordered.
- The item was damaged in transit or arrived defective (photo evidence required).
Non-returnable items:
- Any customized, made-to-order, or clearance furniture items.
- Perishable plant products once opened, planted, or removed from packaging unless defective on arrival.
- Items that have been used, assembled, or changed by the customer.
How to Request a Return
Email us at support@nolyn.shop with your order number, details, and photos (if damaged or defective).
Our team will confirm if your item qualifies for a return and provide instructions.
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method (PayPal) within 5 to 7 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide photos of the packaging and the item.
We will arrange either a replacement, store credit, or full refund at no extra cost to you.
