We currently ship only within the United Kingdom.
We do not ship internationally at this time.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after we confirm payment.
Custom or made-to-order items may need extra processing time; we will let you know if this is the case.
Delivery Time & Methods
Standard UK delivery takes 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.
Large or heavy furniture may need scheduled delivery. Our team or courier will reach out to arrange a suitable time.
All orders are shipped with tracking information, which will be emailed to you once we dispatch your order.
Shipping Costs
We charge a flat shipping fee of $99.99 for all UK orders, no matter the product size or weight.
Sometimes, free shipping promotions may apply and will be clearly shown at checkout.
Damaged Deliveries
We take great care in packaging. If your item arrives damaged, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery at support@nolyn.shop.
Please provide photos of the packaging and product so we can quickly resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
